Ben Mares

I am currently a Britton Postdoctoral Fellow at McMaster University. My research area is gauge theory and four-dimensional topology. I have accepted a postdoctoral fellowship with the SISSA Mathematical Physics Sector in Trieste, Italy, to begin this fall. I grew up in Oregon, did my undergraduate studies at Brown University, and my graduate work at MIT advised by Tom Mrowka.
